The Guild of Healthcare Pharmacists and the United Kingdom Clinical Pharmacy Association (supported by the Association of Teaching Hospital Pharmacists) are hosting a White Paper planning event for pharmacy staff in UK hospitals, PCTs and community pharmacy on 20 November 2008 at the Hilton Hotel, Warwickshire.

Forward From Waterloo
The College of Pharmacy Practice (CPP), in conjunction with the UK Clinical Pharmacy Association (UKCPA) and the Guild of Healthcare Pharmacists (GHP) convened a meeting of the organisations which were signatories to the Waterloo Agreement, plus others who have since signed up to or shown sympathy with its principles, in order to discuss the Report of the Independent Inquiry into a Professional Body for Pharmacy (The Clarke Inquiry) . The meeting was held on 14th April 2008, at the offices of the Joint Programmes Board, School of Pharmacy, University of London. |
